How do I burn a wood wick?

Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4 inch between burns and clear away any debris. Wick trimmers work, but we just break off the excess with a thumb once the wax re-solidifies.

How long should I burn my candle?

Your first burn should be at least a couple hours to pool the wax completely and avoid tunneling. After that, 1 - 4 hours per burn gives the best candle life.

Can I recycle the aluminum with wax still in it?

You sure can. The recycling process burns off any remaining wax, but for the sake of the rest of the recycling supply chain, we encourage you to burn each candle completely.
